PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

PAYMENT

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your session. If the deposit is not received within 5 business days of your session request, the appointment will be released and made available to other clients. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot and may be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

RESCHEDULING

Your deposit may be transferred to a new session date up to two times. If a third reschedule is needed, a new deposit will be required to secure another booking.

CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation is made 4–7 business days before your scheduled shoot, your deposit may be transferred to a future session date. Cancellations made within 3 business days of your appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit is required to secure any re-booking.
Refunds are only issued if Marisa Bertani Photography needs to reschedule. I kindly ask that all clients respect these policies, as they allow me to serve everyone fairly and thoughtfully. I reserve the right to decline future bookings if my time and policies are not respected.

HAIR & MAKEUP

Please note that clients are responsible for coordinating and scheduling their MUA independently. At this time, I’m unable to accommodate makeup application in the studio prior to your session.
If you choose to work with a MUA, I recommend arriving camera-ready with your first look completed. You’re welcome to bring your artist along for touch-ups during the shoot, but starting shortly after arrival helps us maximize your session time.

LOCATION

I currently shoot out of my home studio in Silverlake. Once your session is officially scheduled, I’ll send over the exact address along with parking instructions.
